SeverusPT Project developed an analytical framework to assess, map, and predict the severity of burned areas, based on indicators of ecosystem functioning derived from satellite data.<br \/>In this context, the hands-on workshop aims to provide participants with in-depth and practical knowledge about the data and tools for mapping and analyzing burned area severity developed within the project, based on satellite imagery (Sentinel-2, Landsat, MODIS).<\/p><p><strong>Prerequisites<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Basic computer skills;<\/li><li>Basic knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS);<\/li><li>Basic knowledge of Remote Sensing \/ Earth Observation (RS\/EO) using satellite imagery;<\/li><li>Basic skills in handling raster data with software such as QGIS, ArcGIS,
